Hand-tilt mechanism can be right or left mounted
Kettle rim is reinforced to prevent denting that would affect steam pressure
Welded-in, butterfly-shaped pouring lip directs food into the appropriate container
1-piece, welded 304 stainless steel construction is heavy duty and quick cleaning
Heat cuts off when kettle is tilted past 12 degrees
