This New #12, grater attachment comes with both grater disc and a S Knife.
These Pelican Assemblies can easily be disassembled for cleaning, lubricating and adjusting.
It can be used with Hobart and other mixers, food cutters, and power drives with a #12 power take-off hub.
Includes a new 3/16" and 5/16" shredder disc.
Additional shredder discs sold separately.
Not compatible with Hobart Legacy series Mixers.
