preheating in 11 minutes. Bringing a full load of food to a boil in 60 minutes, the skillet can hold 40 gallons. It is made of stainless steel, so it is heavy
duty and simplifies cleaning. For convenient opening, the cover is spring assisted, and the adjustable vent releases steam when necessary.
Because the pan can be tilted, it facilitates content emptying, and it operates with a hand crank, a more affordable and more difficult to use feature
than power options. Its rear feet are flanged for bolting to floors, and all the feet adjust for balance on uneven surfaces. To simplify maintenance,
controls can be serviced from the front, and its controls and electrical connections are shielded from liquids that can cause severe damage. The
