Vulcan C24ET10 Description:
When it is switched on, the Vulcan C24ET10 convection steamer quickly fills its water reservoirs. The steam generators preheat
and prepare to steam-once the unit is ready, a light will notify employees. Full-size pans can be loaded into the interior, and the
cook cycle can be set with a 60-minute timer. For slow-cook dishes, a continuous steam mode is also available. While food is cooking,
latches keep the doors firmly shut and door gaskets seal in the steam. A cooking light is positioned on the front, and if the reservoirs
get low on water, they refill automatically.
This Vulcan C24ET10 floor model steamer holds as many as 20 full-size pans and works great in large applications. Because steam
does not absorb flavors, different kinds of foods can be cooked at once, or each compartment can time steam different dishes. Both
compartments have a stainless steel construction and rounded corners to aid in cleaning, and their condensation flows out a single
drain line. Limescale buildup is reduced by the PowerFlush™ feature, and two ports enable thorough deliming of the water reservoir.
